    Product description

Jean Marc Morey follows traditional winemaking techniques. Fermenting his wine with wild yeast and ageing both reds and whites on their lees to gain extra complexity, he also uses minimal oak intervention in order to retain the purity of the fruits.

A rich golden Chardonnay full of ripe generous peach and apricot fruit flavours. The palate is showing well defined vanilla toasty notes whilst still retaining freshness. This wine is right at its peak, drinking wonderfully now.

French still white wine from Cote de Beaune in Burgundy’s Cote d’Or (Bourgogne) France, made with Chardonnay.
