About the producer: Château Branaire Ducru
Established in 1680 by Jean-Baptiste Braneyre, Château Branaire Ducru is located in Saint Julien, opposite from Château Beychevelle. This 4ème Cru Classé was acquired by Patrick Maroteaux in 1988 who invested and improved the vineyards, the cellar but also the reputation of the estate. With the help from consultant Eric Boissenot, his aim is to produce a wine for people who are “actually going to drink it” rather than invest in it. Wines from Château Branaire Ducru have the reputation to be of great pleasure and value. View our selection.
