Located in Pessac-Léognan and owned by Brenda and Lochlann Quinn, two Irish wine lovers, who have hired Stephen Carrier as winemaker and consult Hubert de Bouärd, owner of Château Angélus. Their winemaking is carried out with an approach that’s deeply respectful of nature, and they continually strive to make technical improvements in winemaking and vine growing that best retain the unique character of Graves’ wine.
A complex and mature wine with aromas of citrus and apple. Full-bodied and mineral with a good structure.
