Named after the ‘Tailhayat’ stream that separate Pomerol from St Emilion, Château du Tailhas is located near Château Figeac. The property was acquired by Philippe Nebout in 1932 and has been managed by his descendant since 1981. The estate is composed of one single vineyards of 11 hectares and planted with 80% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon. Depending on the year the wine spends about 18 months in oak barrels. View our selection.
