Product description
Ch. George 7 is amongst a group of high-performers in Fronsac, hopefully shaping what’s to come from this often overlooked region.
Elegant nose with aromas of fresh stone fruits, citrus & white flowers. Medium to full-bodied on the palate and a nice texture from the oak and lees ageing and a refreshing acidity.

Gently lilting aromatics, this has a pulse of minerality, savoury lemongrass and gentle citrus notes, and a mouthwatering finish. The grapes come from 3ha of 10-year-old vines. Recycled glass for the (1,500) bottles also. First year of a white wine produced by this relatively new château in Fronsac, run by English woman Sally Evans. Aged for six months in Burgundy barrels (no new oak).

Punchy, expressive fruit: citrus and white peach, notes of herbs. Very complete, multi-dimensional with a creamy texture and a long finish – delightful
