Product description
The vineyard is situated on the heights of Entre-deux-Mers, 10 km from Saint-Émilion. Rigorous selection of the harvest, with grape varieties and individual plots vinified separately. Hand-harvested with yields of 50hl/ha. The winemaking process includes skin maceration, gentle pressing of white grapes in a pneumatic press, lees filtration, fermentation at controlled temperatures (16 to 18 °C), and 4 to 6 months ageing on fine lees with stirring. No malolactic fermentation. Aromas of citrus, grapefruit and hints of tropical fruits. Delicate on the palate with some texture from the Semillon. Well balanced with refreshing acidity.

Produced by Marc and Agnès Lurton, of one of the great Bordeaux wine-growing families, from a vineyard situated in Grezillac, in Bordeaux’s famed Entredeux-Mers region, planted on slopes in outstanding clay-limestone terroir. This lovely, dry, crisp and fruity wine, made from a blend of Sauvignon, Semillon and Muscadelle shows elegant aromas of grapefruit, mango and pineapple, with well-balanced acidity and richness on the palate.
