Product description
The vineyard is situated on the heights of Entre-deux-Mers, 10 km from Saint Emilion. Rigorous selection of the harvest. Grape varieties and plots are vinified separately. Machine-harvested. Classic Bordeaux vinification includes separated plots, destemming, fermentation at 20-24°C, 2-3 weeks of maceration for complexity, malolactic fermentation, and 12 months’ ageing in French oak barrels in the manor’s stone cellar. Rich blackcurrant and plum aromas with subtle hints of spice and vanilla. On the palate, it reveals a smooth texture with well-integrated tannins, showcasing flavours of ripe dark fruits, cocoa, and a touch of oak. The finish is long and elegant.
