Deep ruby. Pungent red and dark berry aromas unfold slowly with air, picking up suave floral and Indian spice nuances. Stains the palate with appealingly sweet, densely packed black raspberry and rose pastille flavors, becoming spicier and more energetic with air. Shows outstanding depth as well as vivacity and finishes with smooth, velvety tannins and an echo of sappy red fruit.
