Vineyard & Winemaking
The 50ha estates are grouped together into three unique terroirs; “Nalys“, or the parcel circling the estate, ripens late and is composed of their oldest vineyard blocks that produce extremely refined wines that are smooth with silky tannins and a refreshing acidity. Grapes from “Le Bois Sénéchal” and “La Crau” ripens earlier, giving more structured and complex wines. Red wines are usually aged for 12 to 18 months in both concrete and oak vessels. Whites are aged for 5 to 7 months.
