Product description
The Cuvée “Les Ravines” is crafted from a selection of five parcels—Roncharde, Côte Chatillon, La Caille, Vergelas, and Corbery—on gently sloping vineyards. The vines, averaging 20 years of age, contribute to the wine’s unique character. After gentle pneumatic pressing, alcoholic fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine is then aged for 12 months, with 40% maturing in French oak barrels and 60% remaining in stainless steel. Floral and effusive on the nose, spicy and complex, with more lychee than apricot fruit. Full-bodied, it remains vibrant from start to finish, finishing with hints of white pepper and minty freshness.
