Product description
Grapes harvested from 40-year-old vines, picked at night to prevent oxidation and maintain freshness. Fermentation with natural, indigenous yeasts in stainless steel vats at a temperature of 28°C to preserve the fruity aromas of the wines. Aromas of bright red fruit with hints of spice and cloves. Medium-bodied with a velvety texture and lingering finish.

Cherry, rose and raspberry, this is lightly extracted but so fresh and deliciously drinkable now. Bright acidity, squeaky clean red fruits with plenty of crunch. Tight, slightly chalky tannins. Great to drink young. Fresh, stemmy herbal hints add to the lift.
