Sourced from 20+ year-old vineyards planted for low yields and small-berry bunches. High-density planting (4,000 vines/ha), low-vigour rootstocks, and Guyot training promote quality. Drip irrigation is carefully managed to induce mild water stress, enhanc Alcoholic fermentation lasted 6 days at 28 °C, followed by 5 days of skin maceration. After devatting, malolactic fermentation occurred, with 12 months ageing in American oak and a further 6 months in bottle. Aromas of ripe black fruit, intertwined with hints of spice, herbs, and toasty oak. On the palate, it’s medium to full-bodied, offering rich flavors of blackcurrant and strawberry, complemented by firm, grippy tannins.
