With a round and velvety texture it has aromas of griotte cherry, red berry and flower notes with a touch of minerality.
French sparkling rosé wine from Champagne France made with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
Dom Perignon Champagne is named after a monk who supposedly invented the traditional method in the 17th century. The name was bought by Moët & Chandon in order to brand name their prestige cuvée which was first released in 1937. Dom Perignon is mainly sourced from Grand Cru vineyards but, each blend always includes grapes from the original plot of 1er cru located in the Abbey of Hautvillers. Made with almost equal proportion of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, the wines are aged for at least 9 years before disgorgement. View our selection.
Dom Pérignon has the particularity to release each vintage three times in order to add complexity and richness to the wine. The first release is aged for 9 years, the second for 18, and the third for 25. They produce a Brut, Brut Rosé and Oenothèque Cuvée now called Plénitude.
