Product description
Grapes come from several plots in the commune of Charnay-lès-Mâcon with a total vineyard area of 0.34 hectares. The vines are 10 years old, the parcels are ploughed, and harvesting is done mechanically. A pneumatic press is used for pressing, and both alcoholic and malolactic fermentations take place in tanks. Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then aged for 6 months. There is a limited production of 3,000 bottles. Lovely aromas of white nectarine, lemon, blossom, and peaches. Lightly creamy on the palate with racy, mineral acidity. Well-balanced with a steely, lingering finish. A great easy-drinking Burgundy.
