Product description
The vines have an average age of 40 years. Different parcels, totalling 3 hectares, are used for the cuvée ‘Terroir’. The grapes undergo light pressing with a pneumatic press, followed by alcoholic and malolactic fermentations in barrels. Aged for 10 months, with 50% in 1 to 5-year-old barrels on fine lees and 50% in stainless steel vats to balance texture and freshness. Aromas of honeysuckle, white nectarine, and citrus with underlying minerality. Buttery on the palate with a refreshing acidity. This is a pure expression of Pouilly-Fuissé!
