Jochen Dreissigacker has made a name for himself with the production of his organic wines. Using biodynamic methods, 25% of the grapes were botrytised to make the Auslese Bechtheimer Stein.
Fruity and rich yet elegant, this sweet wine has plenty of ripe exotic fruit and apricot aromas. Well balanced with a refreshing acidity and a very long finish.
