Product description
Reserve 23 is a unique non-vintage Champagne, consisting of 50% of a single vintage (in this case 2018), with the remaining 50% of the blend coming from their ‘Reserve Perpetuelle’ a solera of wine consisting of all vintages between 1996 and 2017. An equal blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier from three Premier Crus: Chigny-les-Roses, Rilly-la-Montagne and Ludes. Aged for a minimum of 36 months on the lees. Stainless steel, malolactic fermentation. Delicate aromas of white flowers with notes of apple, pear and apricot. Seductive with a very fine mousse and brioche flavours on the palate.
