Product description
En Primeur Cote Rotie Cote Blonde Rostaing will be available for delivery or storage once it lands in the UK, usually two years following the en primeur offer.
Rene Rostaing has owned 2 hectares in Côte Rotie since the 1970s, but in later years has inherited more, now owning a substantial 7.4 hectares. He destems his fruit and ages the young wines in no more than 15% new oak, without filtration. One of the great names of Côte Rotie, the wines are always highly sought after.
Aromas of ripe red and blue fruit preserve, floral and spice qualities, along with suggestions of liquorice, smoky bacon fat and mineral notes. Effortlessly marries depth, energy and a long penetrating finish that echoes the floral and mineral notes.
Further information on En Primeur Rhône will be available soon. For more details please contact privatecellars@davy.co.uk.
