Product description
En Primeur Cote Rotie Vires de Serine Niero will be available for delivery or storage once it lands in the UK, usually two years following the en primeur offer.
Domaine Rémi Niero is a small family owned estate producing traditional wines with stunning concentration. Robert, Rémi’s father, took over the estate in 1986 on the death of his father-in-law, Jean Pinchon. Since that time he has enlarged their holdings to five hectares, notably in Condrieu and Côte Rôtie. Robert Niero retired in October 2010 and Rémi is now in charge of the Domaine.
Made with 100% Syrah sourced from 30 years old vines. Matured for 24 months in new oak barrels and only produced during the best vintages. Intense nose of violet and black fruit. Concentrated on the palate with elegant and racy tannins and great length. A poweful Côte-Rôtie that will keep for some years.
Further information on En Primeur Rhône will be available soon. For more details please contact privatecellars@davy.co.uk.
