Cave Julien Cécillon is the project of two winemakers; American Nancy Kerschen and Rhône valley’s native Julien Cécillon. After working for various wineries including Yves Cuilleron and Saintsbury, they founded their estate in 2011. With vineyards situated on the steep, rocky hillsides of the Northern Rhône Valley, they are dedicated to produce elegant, terroir driven wines which reflect the climate, soil, and character of each appellation.
This deep purple wine from old hillside vines reveals a powerful nose of very ripe blackcurrant and black cherry, with a touch of spice from which its elegance and finesse can be attributed. The mouth is well built, dense, and succulent- with tannins softened by careful ageing techniques.

En Primeur pricing is per case as specified and excludes UK duty and VAT, which will be charged at the prevailing rate when the wine is released from bond for delivery. Bonded storage is available. Onward delivery or transfer is not included and can be quoted for on request. Free delivery on orders over £100 does not apply to bonded or en primeur wines.
