This cooperative hired the services of well-respected Italian winemaker Riccardo Cotarella, who was referred as one of the most influential people in the world of the wine by Robert Parker in 2011, in order to create wines that are true to their grape varieties and terroir.
Falanghina, meaning supporting stakes, is the main grape variety grown in the Sannio appellation. Intense nose of ripe pineapples and citrus fruits alongside nutty aromas. Crisp and refreshing with a zesty acidity.
