    Product description

The Maison Gardet cultivates 5 hectares of vineyards in Chigny-les-Roses, Mareuil-sur-Ay, and the Côte des Bars. Gardet Brut Tradition is crafted in thermoregulated stainless steel tanks, with malolactic fermentation ensuring a balanced profile. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle, followed by 24 to 36 months of ageing in the cellars. Vibrant citrus and green apple aromas, with hints of brioche and white flowers. The palate is fresh and elegant, with fine bubbles, a creamy texture, and a lingering, crisp finish.

    About the producer: Champagne Gardet

Established at the end of the 19th century, Champagne Gardet is based in Chigny-les-Roses in the heart of the Montagne de Reims. They own several hectares of Premier Cru vineyards with the rest of their requirements being bought in from growers with whom they have formed long and close relationships.  Stéphanie Sucheyre took over as wine maker in 2007 bringing with her a fresh approach and renewed dynamism.  She is taking full advantage of all the opportunities that modern technology offer but is determined to guard the traditions of this well grounded family business.
