Product description
Vineyards face south to south-west at an altitude of 280-300 metres above sea level. The 30-year-old vines are machine-harvested. Vinification occurs in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18°C to preserve the wine’s fruity aromas. Fermentation uses commercial yeast, followed by 6 months of lees treatment with regular bâtonnage. A traditional Gavi with aromas of white flower, peach, citrus fruit and pear. Fresh and soft with hints of minerals on the palate.
This is a fragrant Gavi, with attractive honey and ginger undertones to the lemon verbena, apricot and spiced apple aromas. Medium-bodied and flavorful. Lively finish. 100% cortese. From organically grown grapes. Drink now.
