Product description
Róbert Gilvesy moved back from Canada to his homeland in Hungary in order to establish his wine estate where he grows grapes on volcanic basalt/tufa and calcareous dolomite rich soil.
Bone dry, this is light and fresh with an attractive lime, pineapple and jasmine nose and a zesty palate of green apple and citrus fruit. Unoaked.

Gilvesy is a wine estate on an ancient volcanic outcrop just north of Lake Balaton. This is its summery white - a blend of organic Olaszrizling, Pinot Gris, Sauvignon Blanc and Riesling. Grassy, pithy, tangy flavours lead into a mineral, dry palate: ideal accompaniment for a summery lunch.
