Product description
Vines are planted in single cordon training in volcanic basalt and tufa soil. The grapes are hand-harvested. Spontaneous first fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. No malolactic fermentation. Second fermentation in the bottle using the traditional method (Méthode Champenoise). Aged for 24 months on lees. Aromas of white-fleshed and citrus fruit with hints of toast. Delicate on the palate with a creamy texture, subtle bubbles and yeasty notes complementing the aromas.
