Product description
Crafted from organically farmed vineyards on Szent György-hegy (Mount Saint George) in Hungary’s Badacsony region. The soils are eroded basalt and tuff integrated with Pannonian loess, sand, or clay, providing a diverse terroir. This wine is spontaneously fermented in egg-shaped fermenters and aged in stainless steel on fine lees for six months. It is unfiltered and undergoes minimal sulfur addition, preserving its natural character. A natural wine offering bright aromas of citrus, green apple, and white peach, with delicate floral notes. On the palate, it is crisp and refreshing, with flavours of lemon, lime, and a hint of minerality.
