The grapes are sourced from prestigious villages such as Ambonnay, Aÿ, and Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, with vines typically 25-30 years old,. Hand-harvested, the 61% Chardonnay and 39% Pinot Noir blend undergoes fermentation in stainless steel. Aged on lees until disgorged in October 2023, with 6 months of rest post-dosage and a 4 g/l dosage for balance. Full-bodied with a rich, layered profile. Silky, creamy texture with a fine mousse. Vibrant acidity typical of the 2016 vintage. Flavours of orchard fruits (pear, apple), citrus zest, white flowers, toasted brioche, and subtle almond tones.
