Product description
To celebrate the marriage of HRH Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, the Symington family has decided to release a limited edition of a 30 Jeroboams (4.5 litre bottle) and a very limited number of handsome 20cl bottles of a rare Graham’s 1982 Single Harvest Tawny Port, each presented in a commemorative box. This follows a tradition of bottling special Ports for significant Royal occasions. They produced a Graham’s 1952 Single Harvest for Her Majesty the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee, and later a Graham’s 90 Year Old Tawny Port for the Queen’s 90th Birthday. Renowned for producing some of the finest Port wines for almost 200 years, Graham’s, now owned by the Symington, is the only remaining British Port company independently owned by a single family.
Aged for over three decades in seasoned oak casks. Complex and intense aromas of vanilla, soft butterscotch, honey and quince, combined with exotic spices such as cinnamon and nutmeg. Very elegant with a velvety palate and perfectly balanced by a backbone of orange zest with silky tannins.
