Ferraton Père et Fils is a small family-owned business that operates independently but under the Chapoutier expertise and finance. Certified organic since 1998, they vinify their parcels separately in order to show the diversity of the terroir.
Complex aromas of blueberry, licorice and violet with dusty minerals notes. Full bodied and chewy on the palate with intense flavours of ripe blackberry fruits and hints of spice.
“Notes of powdered rocks, graphite, caramelized meats and both cassis and black raspberry emerge from the 2015 Hermitage Les Miaux. This rich, low-acid, chewy, downright decadent Hermitage is another huge success from this estate.
