A top notch Manzanilla made from grapes sourced solely from the Pastrana vineyard. This is a Pasada style, meaning this fortified white wine has been aged for longer in American oak casks. Aromas are delicate and yeasty. On the palate it’s dry, crisp and elegant with hints of roasted nuts. A real pleasure for Sherry lovers.
