    Once part of the Leoville estates (including Leoville Poyferre and Leoville Las Cases), Château Leoville Barton is the smallest portion of the three and has been owned by the Barton family since 1826. The wines are known for offering great quality at reasonable prices, they are elegant and structured and classed amongst the best of St Julien.

    La Reserve is the second wine of Chateau Léoville Barton. Sourced from younger vines and plots and aged between 16 and 18 months in French oak barrels. Aromas of black fruits and liquorice alongside hints of fresh hazelnuts. Full-bodied and subtle with silky tannins.

    Once part of the Leoville estates (including Leoville Poyferre and Leoville Las Cases), Château Leoville Barton is the smallest portion of the three and has been owned by the Barton family since 1826. The wine is made at Langoa Barton, another estate bought by the family at the same time. When Anthony Barton took over the domaine in the mid 80s, the quality of the wine rose and today the grand vin performs as a true 2eme cru classé. Today Lilian, Anthony Barton’s daughter, runs the estate. The wines are known for offering great quality at reasonable prices, they are elegant and structured and classed amongst the best of St Julien. View our selection.

    Vineyard & Winemaking

    The estate spreads over 50 hectares of vines planted with 74% Cabernet Sauvignon, 23% Merlot and 3% Cabernet Franc. The wine is matured in oak barrels for 18 months, 50% of which is new.

    Returns

    SALE OR RETURN is available by prior arrangement only and for orders of 96 bottles or more. All returns are at the customer’s expense. Returns must be made within 28 days of original delivery and goods must be in a resalable condition. We reserve the right to only refund up to 25% of the original order. For further details please contact customer services 020 8858 6011.

    CANCELLATIONS can be made within seven working days from receipt of delivery, provided that all wines are unopened and in their original condition. To cancel an order customers should contact the Customer Service team on 020 8858 6011 or email orders@davy.co.uk. It is your responsibility to keep the wines safe and in their original condition until collection is made.

    TASTING CANCELLATIONS – full refunds can only be made where at least 7 days’ notice is given prior to the event date. Refunds will only be given after this time if we are able to re-sell your tickets. In the event that a tasting is cancelled, Davy’s shall offer customers a full refund.
