About the producer: Château de Fieuzal
Château de Fieuzal is located in Pessac-Léognan within the appellation of Graves. In the 16th century the domaine was part of the Gardères estate, which was split in 1851 into Château de Fieuzal, named after the family who owned it, and Château Haut Gardères. In 1995 the two estates were finally reunited to form the current Fieuzal vineyards. Today it is owned by Brenda and Lochlann Quinn, two Irish wine lovers. They have hired Stephen Carrier as winemaker and consult Hubert de Bouärd, owner of Château Angélus. Working alongside organic principle, their goal is to continue the technical improvements in winemaking and vine growing, while retaining the essence of the wine of the region. View our selection.
