Isabelle Mangeart owns 8 hectares of vines nestled on hills near Montpellier. Certified organic since 2013, organic compost and no chemicals are used. Her wines are elegant and full of character, some sourced from very old vines.
70% Mourvèdre and 30 % Carignan. The latter is sourced from very old vines and goes through carbonic maceration to extract more fruits. Fresh black fruit aromas alongside hints of pepper and eucalyptus. Full-bodied on the palate with smooth tannins. Only 4500 bottles produced.
