Overseen by Romain Ott, an agricultural engineer specialised in winemaking from the famous estate Domaines Ott, Léoube has grown with enthusiasm, producing some of the finest wines from Provence using both modern and traditional techniques.
Made from traditional method and age for 9 months on its lees before disgorgement it is a delicate sparkling wine with fine bubbles. Overall it is refreshing with yellow fruits aromas and minerality.
