Les Charmes de Kirwan has a fresh, fruity nose of cherry, raspberry and ripe strawberry alongside notes of tobacco and herbs. Medium to full body, the palate is delicate and round.
French still red wine from Margaux Bordeaux France, made with Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc.
Château Kirwan, a 3ème Cru Classé Margaux, spreads over 35 hectares of vineyards in Cantenac. It has been owned by the négociant firm, Schröder and Schÿlerbeen since 1925 and has finally regained its reputation since the 1990s, when Michel Rolland started consulting at the estate. The Chateau now produces wines that are richer, fuller and with more depth and complexity.
