Made by former Cloudy Bay winemaker Eveline Fraser, the aptly named “little beauty” is sourced from a single vineyard that was planted in 2002 in the prestigious Southern Valley in Marlborough. Both the Little Beauty Limited Edition and Black Edition wines have won many international awards and are listed in many Michelin Star restaurants across the world.
Only the best grapes from the best parcels are selected for this range. The wine is then fermented with 100% wild yeast and is aged in French oak to add weight and depth. Rich and complex wine with a beautiful concentration of sun-ripened apricots, soft figs, grilled hazelnuts and slow roasted quince.
