Made from traditional method, Lyme Bay sparkling spent four months on its lees in order to enrich the palate. The result is a fruit driven wine with fresh aromas lemon and green apple, fine bubbles and a light creamy palate. A great expression of English sparkling wine.

After years of success with their cider production, Lyme Bay decided to make wine. They outsource their grapes so they can be consistent with the quality of the wine they produce year to year. Picking from various terroir also give them the possibility to produce some of the most complex wines made in England.
