Product description
Crafted from organically farmed vineyards located in the high-altitude region of Tupungato, Mendoza. The vines, averaging 15 years of age, thrive in the rocky soils of the Uco Valley. Grapes are hand-harvested. Fermented in stainless steel with temperature control to preserve freshness. After fermentation, the wine undergoes maceration for extraction of color and tannins. It is aged for 6-9 months in French oak barrels to enhance complexity and add subtle spice. A typical Malbec with aromas of blackberry and cassis and hints of spice and black pepper. Medium bodied with silky tannins and ripe fruit flavours. Overall, smooth and elegant.
