The vineyards are situated in the Marsannay appellation, the northernmost of the Côte de Nuits, Burgundy. After manual harvesting, the grapes undergo gentle pressing. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures to maintain the fresh fruit character. The wine is aged on its fine lees for several months. Aromas of ripe stone fruits, citrus zest, and delicate floral notes. The wine showcases vibrant minerality and a saline finish, creating a well-balanced profile. Its smooth texture combines fruit and acidity harmoniously.
