Product description
Blend from carefully selected vineyards in Stellenbosch. The grapes are harvested from vines with different soil compositions that contribute to the wine’s complexity and character. After settling overnight, the juice is racked with fine solids to barrel and fermented with selected and natural yeasts. Maturation in barrel continues until the desired complexity is reached, followed by light fining before bottling. Complex nose of pear, citrus and floral notes with hints of citrus fruits and marzipan. Medium bodied and balanced with a crisp acidity and fresh on the finish with stony minerality.
