French still red wine from Cote Chalonnaise in Burgundy (Bourgogne) France, made with Pinot Noir.
Located in the heart of the Côte Chalonnaise, Chateau Chamilly vinify and bottle each climat or vineyard separately. Each of those climat have a different exposition or a different soil composition which create a subtle diversity of style. Their aim is to express those differences. All reds, and some whites, are aged for 12 months in French oak followed by 6 months in tank before bottling, which results in fine & elegant Pinot Noir and pure Chardonnays.
