They own vineyards in Chambolle-Musigny, Morey-Saint-Denis and Gevrey-Chambertin. Their wines are usually aged for 15 to 18 months in oak barrels, with a proportion of new barrels, depending on the appellations.
They produce whites and reds under the generic Bourgogne AOC and red wines under Gevrey Chambertin, Chambolle Musigny and Morey St Denis AOC Villages, 4 1er Cru and 3 Grand Cru; Clos de la Roche, Charmes Chambertin and Griotte Chambertin. Only one white is produced under the Morey Saint Denis AOC.
