Product description
The grapes are 100% estate grown and bottled from a single estate of 17-year-old vines, planted on well-drained gravel soils. All vines are grafted onto 3309 rootstock to limit yield and enhance flavour intensity. The fruit is machine harvested for swift pressing and a cool, controlled fermentation. Fruit was pressed to tank and cold settled for 48 hours, then racked to tank and inoculated with selected yeast strains. The wine spent a short period on yeast lees. Bright and zesty with aromas of lime, passionfruit and fresh-cut herbs. The palate is vibrant and crisp, with juicy citrus, tropical fruit and a refreshing, mineral finish.
