This small family owned and operated winery covers two hectares of vines from some of the finest terroirs of Rías Baixas. All their wines undertake fermentation in stainless steel tanks using indigenous yeasts.
No malolactic fermentation takes place in order to preserve the purity of fruit. The wine is then aged for four to six months on its lees to provide extra depth and complexity. Intense aromas of grapefruits, peach with notes of rose and aniseed. Smooth on the palate with a good acidity. A joyful and refreshing wine!
This wine has impressive depth and concentration. The rich mango and peach fruits are nicely spun into a taut, energetic style with ample fleshy appeal. Very well done.- 92 pts James Suckling
