Product description
This small family owned and operated winery covers two hectares of vines from some of the finest terroirs of Rías Baixas. All their wines undertake fermentation in stainless steel tanks using indigenous yeasts.
No malolactic fermentation takes place in order to preserve the purity of fruit. This 100% Albarino is then aged for four to six months on its lees to provide extra depth and complexity. Intense aromas of grapefruit and peach with notes of rose and aniseed. Powerful on the palate with a fresh acidity and saline finish.
