Whispering Angel, Provence France 2020

Subtle and delicate flavours of red currant and citrus alongside herbal notes and aniseed. Medium-bodied with good concentration of ripe fruits and a crisp acidity.
Tavel Rosé Lunar Apogé Biodynamic, Rhone France 2020
Domaine des Carabiniers in Roquemaure, near Avignon has used organic viticulture since 1977 and is now certified 100% biodynamic. This approach, along with its use of traditional methods and an intense passion for winemaking has enabled it to produce some of the best wines of the region and one of Davy’s favourite Rhônes. Aromas of red berry fruits. Round and elegant with a well-balanced acidity.
Chinon Ampoule, Domaine Marchesseau, Loire France 2020
Brothers Bertrand and Vincent Marchesseau have rigorous approach the vineyard and minimal intervention in the winemaking process. Their wines are a true reflection of the terroir and are all certified organic. Ampoule, meaning ‘light bulb’, is sourced from sandy soil, atypical for Chinon. Expressive nose of candied red and black fruits with notes of liquorice. On the palate the fruits are well0balanced with round tannins. A brilliant summer wine!
Silio Ciliegiolo, Tenuta Montauto, Tuscany Italy 2019
Owner Riccardo Lepri took over the estate after his grandfather Enos in 2001. Alongside winemaker Fabrizio Moltard, they selected the most suited grapes for the land. Following an organic approach they make delicate wines with concentrated flavours that started to generate interest amongst critics. Aromas of cherry fruits with hints of violet and tobacco. Medium-bodied with a firm acidity and a good tannic structure.

Made by former Cloudy Bay winemaker Eveline Fraser, the aptly named “little beauty” is sourced from a single vineyard that was planted in 2002 in the prestigious Southern Valley in Marlborough. Both the Little Beauty Limited Edition and Black Edition wines have won many international awards and are listed in many Michelin Star restaurants across the world.
Aromas of honeydew melon, lemon grass and capsicum with a smoky, mineral character. Refreshing and medium-bodied on the palate with citrus notes beautifully balanced by flavours of pink grapefruit and basil.

Only the best grapes from the best parcels are selected for this range. Fermented with 100% wild yeast and aged on its lees in French oak to add weight and depth. Hugely aromatic with herbal notes, tropical fruits and sandalwood aromas.
