Product description
Grapes grown at Altos de Traibuenas, where late harvests concentrate sugars, aromas, and acidity. Hand-harvested in three stages: September, October, and November. The late harvests allow the grapes to develop higher sugar levels, contributing to the wine’s sweetness. Fermented in stainless steel with indigenous yeast, then aged for 9 months in 225L oak barrels (2-3 years old), followed by 2 years in bottle. Aromas of dried fruit, tropical fruit, white flowers, and honey. On the palate, it’s smooth, well-balanced, and sweet, with a fresh finish.
