    Product description

100% organic, Château Henri Bonnaud spreads over 14 hectares of vines. The site is a natural amphitheatre, which protects the vines from the local ‘mistral’ wind and offers an ideal sun exposure, from sunrise to sunset.

The AOC Palette is the smallest and the oldest appellation of Provence, at the gates of Aix en Provence. Harvested manually with 20% of the grapes aged for 8 months in oak barrels. Delicate and complex nose with red berry fruits, spicy notes and hints of citrus and rose petal. Ample on the palate with a fresh and long finish. An ideal rosé for fine dining.
