Vibrant aromas of redcurrant, raspberry, and violet, with subtle hints of herbs and spice. On the palate, elegant and structured with silky tannins, refreshing acidity, and a long, mineral-driven finish. A refined Chinon with excellent ageing potential.
Domaine de Pallus is located in Chinon AOC, in the Loire Valley. Bertrand Sourdais, fifth generation, has been in charge of the estate since 2005. The wines reflect both a unique terroir and the contemporary style of the estate. The site, Cravant les Coteaux, offers the perfect conditions for growing Cabernet Franc and biodynamic principles of viticulture are extensively used here. Read more.

SALE OR RETURN is available by prior arrangement only and for orders of 96 bottles or more. All returns are at the customer’s expense. Returns must be made within 28 days of original delivery and goods must be in a resalable condition. We reserve the right to only refund up to 25% of the original order. CANCELLATIONS can be made within seven working days from receipt of delivery, provided that all wines are unopened and in their original condition. To cancel an order customers should contact the Customer Service team on 020 8858 6011 or email orders@davy.co.uk. It is your responsibility to keep the wines safe and in their original condition until collection is made.
TASTING CANCELLATIONS – full refunds can only be made where at least 7 days’ notice is given prior to the event date. Refunds will only be given after this time if we are able to re-sell your tickets. In the event that a tasting is cancelled, Davy’s shall offer customers a full refund.
