Product description
Sourced from vineyards located in on the edges of the Thau Lagoon and regarded as some of the oldest in the Mediterranean. Grapes are gently crushed and pressed to extract the juice without compromising the delicate flavors. The juice undergoes a controlled fermentation at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks to retain the grape’s crispness and aromatic qualities. Lip-puckering freshness, dry on the palate, with zesty citrus and stone fruit complemented by a distinct salinity. It’s perfect for drinking in the garden on a sunny day or anytime as an alternative to Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio.
