Product description
Blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay, with 15% Pinot Noir vinified as red wine from select vineyards in Bouzy, Ambonnay, and Cumières. The grapes are sourced from 20 Premier and Grand Cru sites across the Montagne de Reims and Côte des Blancs. The base wine undergoes fermentation in stainless steel vats, with 15% red wine added for the rosé colour. The wine undergoes secondary fermentation in the bottle, where it is aged on lees for 36 months. Rich with red fruit aromas, such as raspberry and blackcurrant, complemented by floral hints. On the palate, it is fresh, balanced, and mouth-filling, with a long, refined finish.
